“I was a fat kid,” reveals American Idol host Ryan Seacrest. “I didn’t want to go to the beach and be the chunkiest one on the sand.” Now, Seacrest tells PEOPLE, he eats healthy Monday through Friday but allows himself to indulge a little over the weekend.

Actresses Jessica Alba and Eva Longoria both make the cut for PEOPLE’s list of the Top 10 Hollywood Bodies. Alba’s secret is buying organic, unprocessed foods, and a 45-minute cardio routine four days a week, while Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria explains that her workout is “geared towards wanting to lead a healthy lifestyle.” Although the actress admits, “without my trainer, I wouldn’t even get out of bed. That’s why he has to come to my house.” The rest of PEOPLE’s Top 10 Bodies follows.
